Return rules summary:
- Returns accepted for 30 days
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fee
- No final sale items
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be washed or worn.
Vinyl Records can only be returned if the incorrect item was sent. If you have received a faulty or damaged vinyl, please email orders@artistfirst.com.au

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the band.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your credit card company or bank. Please allow refund processing time from Shopify payment gateway & the payment provider (usually 1-3 business days).
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email orders@artistfirst.com.au.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please send your item to: Artist First, 11 Ann St, Brunswick VIC 3056, AUSTRALIA, and include your packing slip noting which item you wish to exchange and your requested size.
Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, incorrect or damaged item, please email orders@artistfirst.com.au with your name, order number and a photo of the item/issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Artist First, 11 Ann St, Brunswick VIC 3056, AUSTRALIA.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service as items can be delayed or lost in the mail.
